Hoy siendo 27 de febrero del 2008, se reunió el comité organizador, con el fin de evaluar el evento, es decir, los aspectos positivos y las dificultades de este, durante el transcurso de su organización.

En unánime decisión se llego a la conclusión de los siguientes puntos:

ASPECTOS POSITIVOS:

· El buen desarrollo del trabajo en grupo

· El apoyo brindado por todos los comités para la realización del evento.

· El seguimiento de los instructores durante la organización del evento.

· Que tuvimos para el desarrollo del evento una buena herramienta de comunicación (Internet, Chat, blogs, etc.).

· El esfuerzo y la dedicación de todos los compañeros para sacar el evento adelante

· La gestión hecha para conseguir los patrocinadores.


DIFICULTADES:

· La faltad de experiencia para realizar eventos de tal magnitud.

· La entrega inoportuna del valor de los materiales al comité de logística para su respectiva aprobación.

  Siendo las 09:00 horas se reunió el Comité Organizador con el fin de definir el presupuesto para cada Comité quienes realizaran la 1ª Feria de la Telecomunicación Móvil “TECNOMOVIL”, evento que se realizara en las instalaciones del Sena de nuestro Municipio con la participación de extranjeros expertos en la materia.
  
  Orden del dia:
  1 Llamado a lista
  2 Lectura y aprobación del acta anterior
  3 Lectura de cotizaciones enviadas por el comité logístico
  4 Designación de presupuesto para cada comité según el punto anterior.
  5 Aprobación de dineros
  6 marcha final.
  
  
  Desarrollo:
  1 LLAMADO A LISTA: en este punto correspondieron al llamando todos los integrantes del comité Organizador

  2 Se dio lectura y posterior aprobación al acta anterior.
  
  3 El comité organizador paso las siguientes cotizaciones de los diferentes comités, así:
  
  
  4. Según las anteriores cotizaciones, el comité de organización designo los recursos así:
  
  * Comité Académico= por un total de ($11`100.00) Once millones Cien mil peso MTC
  * Comité Social= por un total de ($7`800.00) siete millones Ochocientos mil pesos MTC
  * Comité de Comunicaciones = por un total de ($ 28`000.000) Veintiocho millones de pesos MTC. Cabe anotar que este presupuesto es el mas alto ya que por ley, se tiene que destinar le 30% del presupuesto total a este comité.
  * Comité de Logística = por un total de ($ 2`000.000) Dos millones de pesos MTC
  
  ***Nota: cada comité tiene que tener sustentado cada gasto con factura legal.
  5. APROBACIÓN: con un total de 4 votos a favor y 2 en contra, el presupuesto se aprobó.

Good Morning
Ladies and gentlemen, Members of different sponsoring companies My name is Hector David Toledo today his teacher of ceremony. It is a taste for me to give them the welcome to 1 Fair of mobile communication (TECNOMOVIL). For today we have the following acts programmed:
1. National anthem of the republic of Colombia
2. Anthem Al Departamento del Huila
3. Anthem Al Municipio of Boy
4. Anthem to the SENA
5. Words of Opening of the Subdirector of the Center managerial Agro and Cattle Development of the Huila Doctor Martha Lucia Motta
6. Presentation of the Sponsoring Companies of the Fair 7. Presentation of the Companies Invited to the Fair 8. 2:00 PM: Beginning of the Presentation and Sample of the Products 9. 4:00 PM: Refreshment (A small sample of the products of our Region)

Good Morning
Ladies and gentlemen, My Name is Hector David Toledo and today I will be again his teacher of Ceremony.
For today we have a chat programmed with the lecturer Kevin Mitnick from San Francisco been Joined; where it was explaining to us everything related to the last technology in all his fields.
The first part of the Chat ire until 12 a.m. PM. Initiating again at 2 a.m. PM to conclude about 6 a.m. PM For 3 day, on Thursday, the 28th of February a Tour is had foreseen as the different tourist sites of our people.

Third Day

28 Of February, 2008

Hour Of Beginning: 8:00 hrs.




For today we will have a tour programmed for all the tourist sites of our municipality; which we will realize in goatee one of the transport of our region. The tour divided of the following way:

1. 9:15 AM Agro Park snub Hill: There an ecological trek would be realized to estimate the beauty of the site.

2. 11:30 AM The Wood: where of 12:00 to 2:00 PM would estimate the site and it would give them the luncheon that would consist of a roast huilenses and natural juice.

3. 2:00 PM Center Filled with The Jagua: We would Be in the park of the proposed site. Then our guests will be led to “LAS PEÑAS ".

4. 3:10 PM Museum of the Jagua: In the museum they will have sufficient time to be informed, it looks, to come out in photographs on this site.
5. 3:35 False PM of the Fique: Where they will have the opportunity to take follow-ups of our terruño.

6. 4:30 PM Boy: About this hour one would be giving the culmination of the tour, in the hotel, leaving the guests in the same one.
